From trials to triumphs, the Lynwood High School Class of 2024 has faced every challenge with resilience and emerged stronger than ever. Here's to the unforgettable journey, the lessons learned and the bright future ahead. Here are some senior class accomplishments:

🟣 15 students earned their Associate's or completed their IGETC certification from Compton College

🟣 82 students earned the Seal of Biliteracy on their diploma

🟣 4 students earned AP Scholar Awards, including 1 AP Scholar with Distinction

🟣 83 students earned the Golden State Seal of Merit

🟣 27 seniors are National Honor Society members

🟣 55 students earned the Lynwood Partners Educational Foundation College Pledge Scholarship

Congratulations to Jahir Hardiman-Moore and Samya Jackson who have earned the Shirley Ann Davis Memorial Scholarship, awarded to the top African American male and female students with the highest GPA at their school.

Special shoutout to Valedictorian Alexandra Medina, headed to Yale, and Salutatorian Sofia Herrera, bound for UCLA! LHS grads plan to attend two-year colleges, trade schools, private universities, UCs and Cal States, and enlist in the armed forces.
