Aeries Data Confirmation & Student Orientation
Before your student attends orientation at Lynwood High School, families must complete the Data Confirmation and Authorization Process through the Aeries Parent Portal.
This important step is required annually by Lynwood Unified School District and helps ensure we have the most accurate and up-to-date information for your student — especially in case of an emergency.
Please review the steps below to complete the process and prepare for your registration appointment. If you don't have a parent portal account or need help with printing forms, call (310) 603-1582.

Orientation 2025-26 School Year
Dates
- Monday, July 28: 12th Grade
- Tuesday, July 29: 11th Grade
- Wednesday, July 30: 10th Grade
- Thursday, July 31: 9th Grade
- Friday, Aug. 1: Make Ups
Times:
- Last Names A-K: 8:30-11:15 a.m.
- Last Names L-Z: 12:30-3:15 p.m.
For 9th Graders:
The parent meeting will be held at 8:30 a.m. and registration begins at 12:30 p.m.
Set Up Your Aeries Parent Portal
All parents/guardians must log in to the Aeries Parent Portal to access and complete required authorizations and registration forms.
Please Note: An active email address is required to create a Parent Portal account. A Gmail account works best with the Aeries system.

What You Need to Know:

Data Confirmation must be completed each summer for every student before they can attend orientation or receive a class schedule.

Log in to your Aeries Parent Portal to review and update your student’s information, then print the Data Confirmation Page and Title I Form.

You can update your student’s information anytime during the school year through Aeries.
What to Bring ON Registration Day
On your student's Registration date, you and your student will need and receive the following items:
- Printed and signed documents:
- Title I Form (Parent Signature)
- Data Confirmation Page (Parent Signature)
- Receive a Chromebook if one is not checked out.
- Receive textbooks

If you live outside the Lynwood High School attendance area and wish to attend this school:
