Principal's Message

Dear Lynwood High School Families,

As we begin a new academic year, I want to celebrate the progress we made together. Our SBAC scores and AP test results show strong academic growth, reflecting your hard work and our collective commitment to excellence.

This year, we will continue to prioritize academic achievement while ensuring that every student feels safe, supported, and valued. In today’s uncertain political climate, our school must remain a place of belonging and stability. We are here to uplift one another and create a space where every voice matters.

Our focus on social-emotional learning remains strong. Skills like self-awareness, empathy, and goal-setting are essential both in and beyond the classroom. We are committed to helping students grow not just academically, but as thoughtful and compassionate individuals.

At Lynwood High, we lead with respect, integrity, and collaboration. Our positive school culture is built by each of you—through your choices, relationships, and contributions. Strive to do your best, support one another, and take pride in being part of this incredible community.

I encourage you to build meaningful connections with peers, teachers, and staff. These relationships form the foundation of your high school experience and are key to a successful and fulfilling year.

Let’s make 2025–26 a year of continued growth, unity, and achievement. Welcome back, Knights!

Ana Gonzalez, Principal
