Lynwood High School’s Dance Pathway, part of our vibrant performing arts program, offers students the opportunity to explore their passion for movement, creativity, and self-expression—while preparing for careers in the arts and entertainment industry.
From beginner steps to championship routines, our dancers learn more than choreography—they learn perseverance, teamwork, and how to confidently express themselves through performance.
What Students Experience

Dance 1: A beginning-level class open to all students—no experience required

Dance 2: An intermediate course that focuses on technique and choreography

Dance Ensemble: Our advanced performance team, representing Lynwood at rallies, assemblies, community events, and even at Disneyland

Performing at district and citywide events, including the Lynwood Arts Festival

Competing at the Sharp National Dance Championships, where our team has earned multiple Grand Champion titles
