Our Culinary Arts Pathway offers students a unique blend of hands-on cooking experience, food service training, and hospitality management—all in a professional-grade kitchen environment.

From preparing gourmet meals to catering district events and winning regional competitions, our student chefs are gaining the skills, confidence, and creativity they need to succeed in the culinary industry and beyond.

  • Creating restaurant-quality dishes using professional-grade tools and techniques

  • Catering district and community events, from breakfast spreads to tacos and pastries

  • Competing—and winning—in high-profile competitions like SkillsUSA and Cooking Up Change

  • Learning in a state-of-the-art culinary lab modeled after Long Beach City College, fully equipped with stainless steel workstations, ovens, deep fryers, and baking stations

  • Gaining real-world exposure to careers in culinary arts, baking, catering, and hospitality
